I didn't get x-rays and I didn't report the accident because the driver ran off. I was able to get my car fixed for under the amount I would need to pay for the deductible, so I didn't report it. I just hoped that the neck pain would clear up on its own. WRONG! Thanks again for your advice about checking for fractures and going for the gentle massages.
