Thanks concreteangel;

I was able to use Nutriguard until the heartburn got so bad. After that

even meds like one-a-day give me heart burn. So I started eating gummy bear

vitamins (four per day) and then supplimenting them with other vitamins; vit

e; coenzyme Q10, and recently restarted the calcium chews. However found out

that unless they are taken with magnesium they will cause kidney stones and

calcium deposits internally. So I started two magnsesium a day; and all of

these are too much for me.

I know for a fact that I need vitamins, that I feel better when taking them,

that I cant afford to not take them. But it seems that I pay half of the

day for the price of consuming them.

I would be interested in hearing what others do to get beyond this. I have

been thinking of going to a naturalist for special herbs etc... But am not

sure I can just trust whatever they give me.

Thanks again for the reply

What about liquid vitamins? My chiro recommended some awhile back

but I didn't get them. They are suppose to be very good and I think

since they are liquid they might be easier to digest - not sure

though. I'm also going to go see my supplement specialist this week

or next and I can ask her if you'd like. I think they are from the

website deaddoctors - or something like that anyway. If you want

more info I can dig into my pile of papers and get the data sheets -

I know I kept them (but I'm not going to dig into them unless you

really want them ;)

Majestic Earth OsteoCal

Majestic Earth® OsteoCal is the newest product to be added to our highly

successful liquid line. Formulated to support healthy bones and joints.

Calcium is one of the most important nutrients your body needs.

Unfortunately, many people believe that taking calcium enriched antacid

tablets or other related products will give them all the calcium they need.

That is far from the truth. You see, in order for calcium to be efficiently

absorbed by your body, it needs other mineral co-factors. Majestic Earth®

OsteoCal was developed with this in mind. It is a highly bio-available

liquid concentrate because it contains the necessary vitamins and minerals,

the co-factors, necessary to help you absorb the calcium. You get more than

100% of your Daily Value (RDA) from just one ounce of Majestic Earth®

OsteoCal. You will love the pleasant vanilla taste and it goes great with a

Nature's Whey shake.

I didn¹t see a catalog; looks like it is all on line?

Thanks again for the info.
