The Executive Commissioner of the Health and Human Services Commission, on

behalf of the Department of State Health Services, proposes an amendment to

Chapter 25 of the Texas Administrative Code, §157.32, concerning Emergency

Medical Services (EMS) training and course approval.

The rule revision proposal has been posted in the May 4, 2012 issue of the Texas

Register, Volume 37, Number 18, on pages 3339 through 3343. The Texas Register

can be viewed online at the Texas Secretary of State website at

http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/index.shtml. Also see

http://www.sos.state.tx.us/texreg/txreghelp.shtml for more information about the

Texas Register and Texas Administrative Code.

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to Jane Guerrero, Office of EMS/Trauma

Systems Coordination, Health Care and Quality Section, Division of Regulatory

Services, Department of State Health Services, Mail Code 1876, P.O. Box 149347,

Austin, Texas 78714-9347, , or by email to

the publication of the proposal to the Texas Register.
