Guest guest
This was a huge surprise. The forecast yesterday said we "may" get an inch of snow but it wasn't likely. Instead we have at least a half foot here at my house while some areas have over a foot already. The roads are extremely icy and so, so dangerous. There have been numerous car wrecks. My son had to drive over to pick up his wife and had to use chains both ways. Now we are supposed to get some cold weather of 13 degrees tonight and 8 degrees tomorrow night. A White Christmas indeed:)SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
Hi Sharon, wow this is what the 2nd year in a row where you are getting socked in snow storms. We’ve been having low temps 20’s and 30’s and fog. Because we live in the Willamette valley the air gets stagnant and we have what I think called an “invergence”, meaning stagnant air. Everything gets trapped and there are a lot of people sick right now with flu’s and colds. I picked something up from Steve as he carries it home from work and being out more in the community than I do. But hopefully it won’t last long. Maybe 24 hr. thing. I hope. I saw on the ODOT trip advisor yesterday that there was a dusting of snow just about a miles worth off the freeway I-5 on Steve’s route to work. Fog before then clear and some snow, clear and then fog after. Weird. Hope you are staying warm, and the animals are doing okay. I’m sure Katy is making sure of that!
