Guest guest
I guess I don't understand the issue here. All you have to do to renew your basic is report the CE and send in the money, right? Why couldn't you do that while in Intermediate class? Guest guest
Looks like things have changed since last I re-certified. Brett called me back, and said he checked and I do qualify to just send in the fee, they will set me a test date, and all I have to do is pass the State test. CE hours are no longer required, if you do this. So thats what Im going to do. Run to the book store and get an EMT Exam Review workbook for Texas, and do it that way. I have used them before and they are a great help. However, if you chose this option and fail, you may re test a couple times, but you cannot digress, and chose another option. This is the fastest and cheapest. THEN I can do the online " I " . Cougar!! I'll keep my Guns, my Freedom and my MONEY, You can keep the " CHANGE. Guest guest
Oh...forgot, ...if you dont want to test out, you can do online CE, and you dont even have to send in proof. You just sign the form that says you have done it. Then you must keep proof on hand for 5 years, if they audit you, and you dont have the proof, you could be revoked. Online services usually keep your stuff available for the 5 years, if you lose it. I checked mine on CE Solutions, and it shows everything I have taken there. And it's a LOT of tedious work, when done correctly. I'll have to go through that for the EMT-I so I am very glad, I can just " Test Out " on the Basic. Coug.
