Guest guest
And that means that those of us with allergies to shellfish can eat "fake" crab!Cool!Love,nSubject: Re: Wow!To: MSersLife Date: Saturday, November 26, 2011, 8:42 PM I get that fake crab stuff (it's really pollock) and open a can of cream of mushroom soup. Add them together, toss in 1/2 can of milk and some Parma, make a nice sauce and ladle it over pasta or rice. Simple, quick, easy and delish. Great with a salad or some French bread, too. Oh, and cheap! The packages of the crab stuff are less then $3 at the local grocery and it makes a ton. ~*~ Akiba ~*~ Pragmatic Visionary -- Wow! Rob and his GF just came by with a bunch of cleaning stuff and cleaned and vacuumed my whole house!!! I have a clean house!! It smells like a pine cone in here!! The carpet is clean, the kitchen is clean, the bathrooms are clean...everything! No reason, he just said it had been something he'd wanted to do for me. I appreciate it bigtime! I think she might be a good influence on him, after all ~*~ Akiba ~*~ Pragmatic Visionary
Guest guest
That would depend on where they get the crab taste from. If it is a natural source, nope, I wouldn't try it. -- Wow! Guest guest
I have no trouble with pollock (fake crab), nor any true fish, butam very allergic to shellfish (save for shrimp). So, the flavoring mustnot be true crab in origin.Muddling on,n

Guest guest
I think most fake crab or imitation crab products are made with Sorbitol. So if a person has a problem with Sorbitol they shouldn't eat fake crab.hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
From what I have seen from several sites during a quick search the flavoring can be "artificial and natural crab flavor". I suppose that might depend on the maker of the product. Interesting! I'm glad n has found some that doesn't bother her allergies.hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
