Guest guest
- good luck with the chiro - hope you find one that works with you rather than one that works you over. I'd advise you make sure the chiro understands how delicate is and not to use force. Some chiro moves are incredibly forceful and some are extreamly gentle. Tell the chiro - no bone and esp no neck cracking! And if the chiro starts doing that stop him/her and get out. From your posts - you sound like the kind of mom who would do that without any urging from me. I just wanted to urge you anyway - I've had a lifetime of experience with chiros (literally -went to one when I was only a couple weeks old - saved me from surgery) - and I'll tell you that some are good and some are not! Do you know what technique the chiro uses? DNFT is good and activator isn't bad, there are also a bunch of other gentle ones like logan and cranialsacral. Good luck - hope and all of you will be feeling better soon.
