Appears revised death tolls from a 1928 Florida hurricane around Lake Okeechobee will make the storm the second deadliest in U.S. recorded history. The first estimate excluded at least 700 migrant and other farmworkers. They just didn't "count" back then. Are things better today? Alice [see reference below] Alice C.
