> Anyone have any update on the status of re-surf FDA approval here

in the USA? When I saw Dr. Mont in 11/2003, he said he had turned

all his trial info. into the FDA and now it is a matter of time.

Anyone heard any rumors? Thanks much in advance.

Jack

Hey Jack...yes, I've heard " rumors " from a reliable source. But if I

told you who it was, I'd have to kill you. JUST KIDDING!!!!

I was told that everything's in...and that it could be a matter of a

few weeks...or until...whenever they get to it. The opinion of my

source was that it would be before year's end. Folks are pretty

restricted as to the info they provide...so I believe this is as

specific as it gets. We could be lucky and it'll be a done deal in a

month/two...or it could be longer.

Not sure if that helps...it does and doesn't for me...but I took it

as info and am trying to figure out what to do. Waiting on current

coverage info on my insurance (if any)...and I'll take it from there.

I was told 2 weeks 4/26/04 ago,

Resurf FDA approved within 18 months to two years. I was told this by

one of the hospitals that does re-surfacing. Just an FYI, I'm as

clueless as everyone else.
