advice on dog supplements?

I know there are a lot of "dog people" on this group. Could any of you recommend a supplement for urinary health for dogs? My granddaughter's dog, Puddin', is having some hesitancy when she urinates. Perhaps cranberry? Or is there a particular brand for canines that is beneficial?Our old dog, Blanca, is having difficulty getting up. Sometimes her hips stay down and she struggles to get up.
