Guest guest
Hi Phil, We have had people turn up here with both joints with big problems........... Some got their hip fixed to then find that the knee gets a lot better on its own........... My own knee was in a total mess but with a new hip and thus the capacity to both exercise and strengthen muscles around the knee and ability to shift the wear areas it has settled down to be fairly normal now............ I don't know of any support groups for knees................... You may try a message on Totallyhip as I think I have seen people ask out there before and receive some form of answer...........
