What kind of squash did you cook, Kay? I love squash! How did you fix it? Cooking squash and baked potatoes for dinner. Also playing plants vs. zombies on the computer while attempting to avoid more housework.

I will be making banana bread though since I smooshed the bananas already:) It is cold and rainy outside (temps in the mid 50's) so it is a baking type of day.

It was a buttercup, I just baked it. Tomorrow (while my squash hating daughter is at school) I am going to reheat it and add butter and maple syrup. I also baked a potato to have with it for lunch (I will scoop it out and add cheese and a few goodies and reheat it). I do a lot of the weeks cooking on Sunday. I don't always feel like cooking and it makes it easier to just warm things up latter on.
