Hip Resurfaceing on the NHS

I am thirty years old and considering hip resurfaceing as a possible

option as i have arthritus in my left hip. I live in Taunton in the

South West of the UK and would like to know if any body has advise on

how to get the operation on the NHS and which surgoens are good.

Failing that i might pay for the operation privatly as i am worried

that the bad hip is damageing my back.
