Guest guest
My sister 's son graduated from high school this year and is a college freshman this semester  I have known him since 2003 since he was 7 - I have the two Dennis books - Auntie Mame and the Auntie Mame Extended Trip and the Rozlind dvd " Auntie Mame " on the list for his Christmas present  that is how I fit into his life - an adult who accepts him and listens when he needs someone to listen and support him  With 8 grandkids I have to shop for bargains all throughout the year. My grandson, , will be 17 in a week. He loves to read and I have found two hard to find books that he wants. One of the books is a J.R.R Tolkien book he has been wishing for forever. It's one of the more obscure Tolkien books. I got them both from Ebay for a few bucks with free shipping. Not bad!  My granddaughter Kelsey is also an avid reader. She has wanted a certain book for several years. I finally found it on Ebay and only paid $5 with free shipping. I get all giddy over a good deal! lol I love to buy books for my grandkids. There are a few who don't like to read and it is SO much harder to buy gifts for them. hugs  SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. You know by now, my dear Sharon, how I can relate to the TN pain. It is terrible--I honestly don't wish it on my worst enemy (not that I have any!lol). How wise of you to shop for bargains. I feel like I should start Christmas shopping, as it will be upon us before we know it, which is kind of depressing. It's hard to believe that we are already more than half-way through Sept.. Send my love and best birthday wishes to your precious grandkids. What a blessing you are to each of them. The cakes sound delish. Old recipes are special, and can always stir up fond memories. love to you, my friend, Kate To: Group <mserslife > Sent: Tuesday, September 20, 2011 5:37 PMSubject: TN pain--again (and in birthday season, no less!)  My left ear is hurting and the pain goes down the left side of my neck.  I tried tylenol and it doesn't begin to touch the pain. My left jaw is also aching. I have a filled prescription of prednisone but I thought I would give it a day at least to see if the pain subsides on it's own. I have to feel better because tomorrow is my granddaughter, 's, 9th birthday. I will make her a cake for tomorrow and then will make another cake for Saturday when we are having her party. Tomorrow's cake will be simple and from a cake mix. Saturday's cake will a special homemade chocolate cake with homemade frosting. It's an old recipe of mine. I already have her gifts. I've been shopping for bargains for months! This is our family " birthday season " . It started in Aug with two grandkids birthdays, then two more grandkid birthdays this month and one next month on the 12th. hugs  SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
