I've had this! Talk about painful! but I *knew* it wasn't coming from my back.

What seems to start the whole thing off is my right hip would dislocate. But now

with the exercises and some polarity work, I haven't had it for some time.

It mentioned precipitating conditions --I've had 3 lumbar laminectomies in the

past (because of foot drop each time)....since then I've experienced chronic

pain in the sciatic nerve, at times with a weak foot that will drag. (It

resolves with rest.)
