More Reasons People Don't complain about IAQ:

(Note: these are all true and just a few examples from my

place of employment within the last few years)

After hearing complaints that there is no air flow in the hallways-

" People walking through the hallways provides adequate air flow "

After being questioned on why several people suffered recurring

flu like symptoms when in the building-

" People not flushing the toilets is what is making people sick "

After hearing that large stagnant clouds of strong perfume were

making some employees sick-

" It doesn't bother me "

After seeing the results of a survey in which 60% employees responded

and 35% had problems with the IAQ-

" Since 40% didn't respond, they don't think there is a problem therefore

there is no problem "

After hearing repeated complaints about IAQ-

" I'm sick of hearing about it and I want it dropped "

After taking sick leave due to IAQ-

" You will now be disciplined for your absences "

After being begged to do something about the IAQ-

" There is no problem, you just want to work at home "

After being asked to check into suspected sources of contamination-

" It's not my job "

After being asked to stop preventative pesticide spraying inside of

the office because it was making employees sick-

" This stuff won't hurt you "

After being asked to fix a faulty HVAC unit that was not bringing air

into the office-

" Ha Ha, if people want air they can just open the windows "

(none of the windows open)

After being asked to fix faulty HVAC units that were drawing carbon

monoxide into the office-

" We can't do that, it might void the warranty "

After hearing about daily flu like symptoms from an employee-

" It's that small spider plant in your office making you sick "

After hearing complaints of strange chemical odors in the office-

" I don't smell anything "

The more I read about your story, , the more I realize what an insane

asylum Amerika has become, and I am soooooooo very happy I got out and now

live in a place that is too poor to dope its citizens, where there are no

incidences of mothers cutting off their baby's arms or slitting its throat,

where

they are no murder-suicides, or school or workplace shootings. What I DO have

to worry about now are all the damn expats loaded up on legal dope moving

into my adopted country. It's only a matter of time before one of them misses

his dose of mind-altering crap and goes on a shooting rampage.
