But wait... isn't what this article is talking about dangerously close to dispatching AirMed based off of MOI? ...In fact, isn't that exactly what it is? I thought that MOI wasn't supposed to be taken into consideration as much anymore; whether the door is into their compartment one inch or ten, if they're walking, they can't be that bad.
