Guest guest
________________________________________________________________________ >Dear Marla, I go through something similar with my hips. It is hard to get going in the am, but my pain is the worst and i can hardly walk by the time it's 2 or3 pm. Recently I went to my ortho because I have been in so much pain and it's gone into my lower back too. I have had upper and mid back pain for years. two years ago I had a cervical fusion. I need to have some more surgery done to improve my curve the thoracolumbar and my kyposis. My doctor is a teacher at UC where they have a scoliosis center. I am hoping the he will get somw geed feedback for our next appt. in late August. I am writing to all of you in the hopes that someone has had surgery for degenerative scoliosis with hypermoble EDS aas well. The doctors are so afraid of my poor healing factors, etc, etc... Any info that you might share with me will be so helpful. I will try and write more often, but I have been very down:( and writing and phoning are not wasy for me. Getting out of the house is ver hard, so I am housebound most days. I will miss all of you that are going to be at the learning conf. If there uis someone I can contact with regard to getting some conf. info, who whould that be? Thanks for listening. I hope to hear from you soon.
