Guest guest
Tina--Do you stay inside during the hottest part of the day? When I make appointments I try to make it earlier in the morning when it is cooler. Was Borders having a big clear out closing sale? I wish we had one here but the closest one is 150 miles one way:(hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. We had to run to ville to get something from Best Buy, and Borders is right there, so we wanted to check out the going out of business clearance sale. If you like reading, find a Borders. The place was PACKED, but they had all registers ringing, so the line moved quickly. We all got books, hubby got some Dungeons and Dragons books, I got more true crime books, boys got the books they like. Especially on paperback books it was a steal! We also did back to school shopping since there was an office depot there too. The heat, of course, bothered me again today. We got home around 2:30 or 3, and by the time I threw dinner in the oven I was having tremors. Still not doing well an hour later. Last night I wasn't feeling well, but I couldn't figure out it. Figured it out shortly before bed, when I noticed the difference in what my hand was feeling. I don't know if its a psuedoexacerbation from the heat or what, but those symptoms didn't pop up until something like 7 hours after I had been out in the heat, and I keep a fan blowing on me when I'm in the den (I was sitting in there reading while hubby was on his computer and rearranging his new desk). Guest guest
I try, but yesterday was unavoidable, evidently. Same with Friday - I came back from my dermatology appointment (and it was hot enough by then) but I had to wait until hubby was ready to take a break to go out and do the shopping. Today I'm making sure I don't go out at all, and am not getting overheated, so I can be sure that the symptoms in my hand are not from the heat. Yes, they started their closing sale on Friday - so far everything is 10 - 40% off, (they are even selling the furnishings) but as time goes on, they are expected to dip even deeper.Tina Tina--Do you stay inside during the hottest part of the day?
