The North Central Texas Trauma Regional Advisory Council is now

accepting nominations for the first annual NCTTRAC Honors. This is the

first regional opportunity to recognize all of the diversity in skills,

talents and passion that enables our emergency healthcare system to make

a difference in our communities. Nomination categories span the

spectrum of all of the standing committees of NCTTRAC, so it will be a

very special experience to recognize an individual or team you believe

encompasses the NCTTRAC Mission " to support and improve emergency

healthcare through prevention, education, advocacy, preparedness and

operational support. "

Recognition for the finalists and awardees will take place at the

NCTTRAC Honors luncheon on November 4, 2010, at the Rangers Ballpark in

Arlington's Diamond Club.

Nomination Information:

The Mission of NCTTRAC is to support and improve emergency healthcare

through prevention, education, advocacy, preparedness and operational

support. Nominees should be those who exemplify this mission.

Eligibility:

* Must be affiliated with a NCTTRAC Member.

* Not currently serving on the NCTTRAC Board of Directors.

Criteria - individual or team who:

* Achieves excellence in work and in personal life.

* Offers extraordinary contributions and goes beyond what is

expected at work.

* Sets high standards.

* Exhibits leadership skills.

* Demonstrates compassion by caring for patients and

coworkers.

Please include the following: A letter that describes why you are

nominating the individual or team. Highlight the important criteria

above and offer examples that demonstrate their strengths in the

criteria as well as the category you have selected.

The deadline for receipt of nominations is August 20, 2010 by 5:00 p.m.
