I have applied to 25 different foundations, including the American Dental Association, all have turned me down. Does anyone have any big ideas that could help me make this a reality? We had some leads in our search for a mobile unit in Virginia. One was

the mobile units the DMV was considering cutting, and re-doing them to

be clinic vans. Another was checking out nearby health outreach

programs that have mobile units but are not using them, because of lack

of funding, lack of staff, etc. The state department of health might

have some leads. Our organization did manage to get funding for a

mobile unit through a CAP (Community Access Program) grant through HHS.
