few days have been a little tough for me with the heat. I keep a fan blowing on me all the time and a water mister to help cool me down. When I get too hot I go and wet my head down and let the water drip all over me. All those things help me. I don't have AC. We are off-grid (solar and wind power). inside is definitely my best choice after many years with this damned MS we share. Hard to believe I grew-up in S. Fl. But AC is the only normal I knew. I'll never forget the summer We took our children to Disney World I suffered that year and was already in the middle of a MS flare. I had no business even going but I had to play the part because my then husband's company had it's annual corporate meetings. All the spouses came with their families to Fl. because of the location that year. In those years I never shared my MS diagnosis with anyone except my immediate family. Many Healing Hugs, Terri
