NiH Charity Air fare

Hi I was wondering if anyone had submitted a request to Hope Air

(The only canadian flight info listed, or i could find). That would

be the only way I could get down but if others have already been

rejected there would be no point submitting a request. It asks for

a doctor's referall, what type of doctor would that be do you know?

My GP will NOT refer me to anything as he still doesnt believe that

I have anything wrong with me (Even though a genetist, pain doctor,

OS and another GP have agreed wiht my diagnosis). Is there any

american charities that fly Canadian citizens if they do two cities

in the states? For instance if I flew out of Detroit to Baltimore?

I too need charity fare if I am to go there is also another study for kids

and they said that they will be accepted to this and that we will be able to

all go at the same time, however I can barely cover living expenses, let

alone air fare for a family of 4.

Any more info is greatly apprieciated
