Hi Lou,

Congratulations on your run from some one who is

considering getting resurfaced. I can manage to walk

for about 3 miles but cant run or dance and am not

bothered in my sleep by pain. May i ask where you had

your hips done?

Best Regards

That is just fantastic, -lou! I'm hoping to do a marathon before

departing from this mortal coil, but have not yet got around to entering

one. You're just the inspiration I needed!

Don't think that for a minute. Most folks (those that haven't had hip

trouble) would probably shrug this off, but for those of us who've been

there, this seems so much more than we could have ever hoped for, we are

afraid it is bragging. Really though, sometimes you just are so proud of

yourself you have to share and that's fine. After all, it's not where you

are, but how far you travelled to get there that's the point, isn't it?

Oh, and I like to remember the words of one famous baseball player: " It

ain't bragging if you can do it. " :o>

Congrats!
