Guest guest
From what I've been seeing on here lately, some of you may agree with this! Bad Food A Doctor was addressing a large audience in Tampa. "The material we put into our stomachs is enough to have killed most of us sitting here years ago. "Red meat is awful. Soft drinks corrode your stomach lining. Chinese food is loaded with MSG. High fat diets can be disastrous, and none of us realizes the long-term harm caused by the germs in our drinking water. "But there is one thing that is the most dangerous of all, and we all have, or will, eat it. Can anyone here tell me what food it is that causes the most grief and suffering for years after eating it?" After several seconds of quiet, a 75-year-old man in the front row, raised his hand and said, "Wedding Cake".

Guest guest
Hey, Barb, Were you pushing a cart around at Wallyworld? My fibromyalgia acts up big time if I spend much time shopping with a cart. Something about just pushing an empty cart, much less a full one, is what does it to me. My upper arms and shoulders are just in agony after such a trip. Not right away, either, usually wakes me up in the night when I try to turn over. I take XS Tylenol before going to bed to prevent it, now that I know that's what happens. This way I can get through until the next potty trip, that gets me about three good hours of sleep, then a potty break, then three more hours, then a break, then, if I'm lucky, three more hours of sleep before I have to get up for the day. Some nights, I'm not so lucky, but since I've been doing better heart-wise I am sleeping better, too. Going to the redwoods today. The boys and I need a day off from being cooped up in the house together, so we'll take their bikes, etc. so they can ride all over the state park while I read or paint if my hands will cooperate. Made a great big macaroni salad last night, and put some in a smaller container to take with us, and got a good loaf of Italian tear-apart bread. We'll stop at a grocery and get some herbed cream cheese, and tuna salad for the boys to put on their bread, and off we'll go. Oh, I made a fruit salad with Kiwi, Strawberries, and blueberries, and nectarines this morning, and put that in the cooler, too. Should be good. I love having so much fresh stuff in the summer. If I continue to feel this good, I will try gardening in containers next summer, again. I love going out early in the morning and picking beans and tomatoes, and lemon cucumbers. Last night, the boys wanted hot dogs, so I fixed them some, but I had a piece of roast chicken, sliced fresh tomatoes, lemon cukes, celery, and radishes from a local garden place. Yummy. Sorry, don't know why I am rambling on, gues I just needed to talk this a.m. and everybody is still asleep around here. Lazy bones. LOL Love you, MM

Guest guest
Hi...I am chippy. I have been reading your story. i hope you feel better soon... I have one question though? Why does your ex just get his stuff out and be done with it? Why is he taking so long...seven weeks is a long time...I would tell him to get it all out while you are on vacation so that you can have a fresh start when you come back home. I do hope you feel better soon. chippy

It has only been in high 60s and very low 70s here today. After a few days in high 80s to 90s with humidity, I am about to freeze to death. It is rainy and damp too. Makes me hurt!!! barb "(Brat)" wrote: The walnuts have been falling off the tree in my yard since the end of June. So I already figured it was going to be a shitty winter.
