Hi ,

Many thanks .......... and yes I can see the Technique helping a

fair bit........... I had a session with it not long after my replacement

but I think I was still far too rigidly locked in past habits then to help

much.............but I could see how it would help if one was a bit more

flexible etc.............

And a note for those considering length of time we could still expect

benefits.......... I figure if I could get any part of my hip to move after

35 years of total fixation and 4 sets of scar tissue, let along be able to

cut my toe nails (albeit with a larger pair of sizzors) then really there is

no limit to time available to see changes.............. From my experience

it is all about patience and persistance............

determination........... and putting up with some degree of pain, as

stretching muscles/tendons etc doesn't appear to just happen without

that.............

I have gotten this far mainly with different swimming strokes and simple

water exercises............
