Eastern New Mexico University in Portales is offering the following course for

its online BAAS degree program in either EMS Management or Emergency Management.

The mission of our program is to provide a quality education to working

emergency services professionals so they might progress in their careers. EMSM

493 (CRN 41594) / EMGT 493 (CRN 41596) (enroll in one or the other; the content

will be the same). Legal Aspects of Emergency Services. This 8 week summer topic

course will discuss the criminal laws, civil torts and political process

involved in managing Emergency Services in this continuously changing, litigious
