BHR Band (replies to , Donna and Edith)

a " BHR Band " is rapidly finding supporters in here! :-o

SURE! First of all, the BHR Band should be open to anyone wanting to

participate. Secondly, it really looks like WE NEED A SINGER! LOL

So, hemm.... I think I know what you mean, Edith.

Luckily enough, it looks like we already got as a singer:)

However, to be a truly FUN band, maybe we should also have a

few " dancing & shaking

babes " , kind of like Kid Creole's " Coconuts " :-O That might also be a

good way to do some post-op exercise.... what do you think? *LOL*

Thanks for your useful tips on pre-op exercise. I'm trying to do

some swimming, as well as exercise on my own, repeating by myself

some of the routine movements I used to do with a physiotherapist.
