Mattes Jr.

Thursday May 24, 2012 at 10:30 till 12:30 at Funeral U.S.A (Alamo Community

Church) at 6500 N. IH 35 San , TX 78218.

Services will be held at Fort Sam Houston at 1330.

Our heavenly father needed a paramedic and Gulf war veteran this morning and

called our brother, Henry Mattes Jr. home to be with our daddy!

was a wonderful son, brother, father and uncle! He endured the last 6 months

battling non-small cell adenocarcinoma, through it all he never waivered in

either his faith in God or his love of his family! Praise God for the time we

were allowed to spend with him and that he doesn't hurt anymore!!

Ed was a member at Sandy Oaks VFD and will be greatly missed by many.
