For rodents or other small animals kept in a cage (which now that I

think about it, are there any small mammals kept in cages that aren't

rodents?), The best I found was Care Fresh, made from recycled

papers. None of the problems with wood shavings and did a great job

of keeping odors under control.

Many rodent clubs have websites warning against cedar
