Kudos to Dave! A marine bowing down? I think you need to investigate further and not let mere age dictate your activity level now or in the future! I have an uncle who's 70 y/o (also a marine)...and he's in shape like VERY few others decades YOUNGER than he, i.e., he cycles 20 miles 3-4x/week...etc. Get the info, and Semper Fi!
