Subject: [NEMSMA] King Airway Recall secondary to Triad Group recall

Attached is the recall notice that we received today from our

distributor regarding the Triad Group, Sterile Lubricating Jelly recall

and it's affect on the King Airway's. Since the use of the device has

popped up on both list servers more than once I thought that I would

share the good news.

The listing of the King Systems affected Lot Numbers is seventeen pages

and was originally attached to this email. Since I received a bounce

back from the NEMSMA list serve due to the size of the file I have

removed the lot numbers.
