I have been asked to find people with EDS and Osteoporosis to correspond

with/answer questions for another off-list EDSer with Osteoporosis. If you have

both these diagnoses and are willing to write to this person, email me and I

will send you her contact info.

Hi Barb,

I don't know if I will be of any help or not, but I've been diagnosed

with osteopenia -1.8 and have had 4 fractures in my 19 yrs (both

arms, L wrist, compression and displacement fracture of L2 vertabrae)

and I've been undergoing aggresive treatment for building bone mass

with calcitonin, Fosomax, calcium supplements etc... I've been

diagnosed with a 'non specific connective tissue disorder' and am

seeing a geneticist about EDS and osteogenesis imperfecta.

If you think she'd like to hear from me I would be more than willing

to get into contact.

Take care Barb!
