Hi Love

Just have them, or anyone go to the PayPal site. Either click here or go

straight to the website, which I've coped here:

PayPal - Welcome

http://paypal.com/

There are a lot of answers to her question, depending on the situation, which

is probably why she's not getting a straight answer. It depends of the type

of account they set up, each has it's own fees, excpet I think there isn't

much of one, for very low level ones, unless the person sending you the money

uses a credit card. It's just like in any store. When a customer uses a credit

card, it costs the seller a percentage to use the MasterCard, Visa, etc. or

AE, services. Basically the way I understand it, the same applies here.

I've explained as much as I could think of & hope I didn't overload you with

info. But, it's basically everything you are going to find once you go to the

site & once they sign up for theri own account. I got this all from mine &

put it all here, to make it easier for you to see right away.

I beleive you will find in most cases, this is the formula they use.

2.2% + $0.30 USD to 2.9% + $0.30 USD

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Anyone with an email address can receive funds through PayPal. Again, it
costs the sender nothing. The more money you receive, the higher the percentage
that PayPal takes from the original amount sent, sort of as their
" commission " . Anyone can set up their own account, with their own inormation &
it get's
connected to your bank accounts, etc. It's all very secure, with log in &
password protection, etc. Actually it was recently bought out by Ebay.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

You can receive money & let it stay in the Pay Pal system & then use that

same money to pay someone else, basically without ever touching the money, or

you

can request that PayPal send you the money. I'm going to copy the charts for

the withdrawls as well. I believe it's free to take your money anytime, if

the money was put into your account by a U.S. bank & several other countires &

it's really pretty minimal from most other countires.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If you you want to deposit money from, say your owm checking account into you
PayPal account, it's free:
This, as you can see below, from their site, it says it's free
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

To receive funds, as said, they do take a percentage, here is the formula.

Receive Funds Free 2.2% + $0.30 USD to 2.9% + $0.30 USD

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here is the main chart, copied from their site.
Not to confuse you, but there are different kinds of PayPal accounts,
depending on how much you use it & what you want to use it for, like If it's a
big
business thing, etc. And now since they've been taken over by Ebay, they have
developed a lot of services that compliment each other, although you don't have
to do anything with Ebay to work with them. It' s just that you have a lot
more options now, if you do want to do that.
And I believe it sounded like you were asking about a personal account, so
here are the fees that they currently have advertised, for receiving money
through them. Again, it's kind of like their commision, I would say. I think,
actually, it's the same as the one they have listed at the start, but here is is
from this part of the sire. which is basically what I wrote up above.
