We trust you are all doing well and we are thankful for your

participation in the study. As you know, it is very critical to the

study that we obtain 2 year follow-ups on everyone. A high

percentage of follow-up at the 2 year point permits us to file the

appropriate submissions to FDA, leading hopefully, to device

approval if they see fit.
