Found that my heart is in good shape and that I have arthritis in left shoulder and in my neck. A good report as far as I am concerned. The arthritis explains the problems I have been having in my left arm for years and was blaming on MS as well as the neck stiffness. Don't have much pain with it either. As for the MS, I think it is in remission. I feel good and have been able to do things this year that I have not been able to do since the 90's. I even ran 4 or 5 times. I played in the sun for 3 hours with only a mild sunburn as a side effect. Life is good to me right now and I plan on continuing with the supplements I am on with the hope that things continue to get better.
