Guest guest
, Thanks for the helpful post. I just posted about the same problem you had with plantar fasiitis. My question to you is, in the one month it took for your foot to be O.K., did you stop tennis or other physical activity on the foot? My foot isn't too bad but I'm wondering if I should lay off for a month, I feel that I might be O.K. in a week. I may have gone a week or so without playing, but I really don't remember. When I did play, the heel pad helped tremendously. I still wear the pads in each shoe. Also, When the pain started I had just switched to a new pair of Nike shoes. They seemed stiffer than all the Nikes I had worn before. I switched to Prince shoes and they are more comfortable. Anyway, from reading your other posts over the last 2 years, I feel you listen to your body pretty well. You will recover from this. Good luck! in NC >
