playing, but I really don't remember. When I did play, the heel pad

helped tremendously. I still wear the pads in each shoe. Also, When

the pain started I had just switched to a new pair of Nike shoes.

They seemed stiffer than all the Nikes I had worn before. I switched

to Prince shoes and they are more comfortable. Anyway, from reading

your other posts over the last 2 years, I feel you listen to your

body pretty well. You will recover from this. Good
