One year anniversary musings

A year ago about now I was lying on my bed in University

Hospital in Ghent Belgium wondering if I should bolt and fly

back to the US. After all I really wasn't THAT bad was I? Thank

heavens I stayed put! I can't enumerate the improvements in my

life this past year. I spent today weeding, cutting up a big tree

limb, planting my garden, walking 2 miles, swimming 45

minutes and going about my life normally. How impossible any

of that would have been a year ago. Thank you and all the

other hippies who helped me get the information I needed to

make the right decision for myself. What a network! Keep up the
