Guest guest
Never meant to question your honesty or intent. Was more concerned about what might be done on your behalf without your knowledge, but for which you might be held accountable. When I was at JRI, and even when I was first asking about how to approach CIGNA, Chuck told me that they coded it as a THR, but including a clause that, at the surgeon's discretion, the investigational device might be used. That's certainly the way it seems it ought to be done. Everybody we encounter should be as up front as they appear to be.
