For one I want to be able to do the vegetable gardening this summer so I am trying to get in "shape" for it. I need to not only lose some weight but I am trying to improve my balance and stamina. I know that as I garden my stamina will improve as well. I am also resolving to "deal" better with one of my granddaughters. will be 16 in February and is very oppositional. She is also the granddaughter with Asperger's Syndrome. She is not oppositional in the sense of being a nearly 16 year old but in the sense of her diagnosis that goes along with her Asperger's dx b,ut it is worse now with her age. I have been trying something new with her and it is working! I have been telling her the opposite of what I would like her to do. For example, today I wanted her to let the chickens and ducks out of their coop. Normally when I ask her to do something/anything she gives a reason why that won't work:) So this morning I said "I think you should just leave the poultry in their house today and throw some food in to them." She immediately said "no, I want to let them out." lol I have been doing that when I can for about a month now and it works every single time with no fight over her not doing what I want or suggest. I just need to find ways to apply this in more instances. Wish me luck! What are YOUR resolutions? hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. I for one, have horrible eating habits, and am willing to look into this. My acupuncturist swears by kale. Unfortunately, I am a carb 'seeker' and I KNOW this is very bad. I think perhaps my New Years' resolution should be to transform my diet. I also want to read my Bible more...Anyone else with resolutions?love you, Nukhet,Kate Subject: Fwd: Please watch this link...To: "mserslife" <mserslife >Date: Tuesday, December 27, 2011, 7:14 PM Please watch this link and tell me your opinions...
