Guest guest
I knew about the acupuncture/diagnostic points (my chiro told me long before I knew anything about fibro) however, I never thought about it the realm of an energy imbalance. I'm stuck on muscular, fascial and skeletal systems. The diagnostic points are also at the muscle insertion points? Mike - am I right here - I've never actually checked it out, but on quick glance it looks like that to me. I confess that I do not have fibro so I haven't gone in depth learning about it - 2 years ago I had all the symptoms except the pain points so officially dx NOT. - Now most, but not all of those symptoms are gone (and I'm so happy) Anyway, I agree that doctors don't look at the entire body - all the systems together anymore. It appears they don't know much beyond their specialty. Actually, most MDs don't even recognize all the systems. Guess that means it's up to us to educate ourselves and the doctors, one at a time. > In a message dated 5/26/04 1:50:29 AM, Mike writes: > > > The official > > diagnositic points for Fibromyalgia are in fact acupuncture points. > > > I thought so!
