I have printed your email out and will start researching this supplement. I

go to the dentist on Tuesday for my cleaning and will ask them about this as

well.

I too have tried the " cheap " version of electric toothbrushes and were not

impressed either :-)

Yes do think about getting one of the either Oral B's or Sonicare. It just

may slow down or stop your gum recession which will make it worth every penny

you spend on it :-)

- let me know what you find out about the CoQ10. I'm also

interested in what your dentist says - although I still fall in the

camp that believes too many doctors don't keep up with the new

research so I don't always put stock in what they say.

Yes, I am definitely going to check out one of those toothbrushes.
