Guest guest
Walked into the bedroom a bit ago -- I haven't slept in there for a couple years now; between the central apnea and the number of pillows it takes to prop me up to sleep at all, so has it -- and one of the two window AC units is in there. Very high humidity in Houston today, and the dew point too, right around the temperature it is inside, so -- there's a very wet bed, several wet pillows, wet linens, wet floor and who knows what else. How does such a small apartment hold so much moisture? At least the bed's on the floor, so nothing's wet UNDER it. I don't know how long the AC's been dripping. At least a day, and probably longer judging by the mildew smell. Normally I notice because BOTH units do it; but because he set the unit oddly, the bedroom got WAY ahead of the other unit. And of course I'm the one here, so of course I'm the one dealing with it (or not; this happened half-an-hour before my anxiety med time, arg), washing and drying, climbing over the hasty piles of dry...stuff...I've done a lot of swearing in the last hour. (Another cat just threw up, as I was going to close this -- and I stepped in it, naturally.) Something else to add to the list of " watch out " fors...
