Fw: ENMU - Portales offers Certificate, BAAS in Emergency Management

Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, in addition to its Bachelor of

Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) in EMS Management, is also offering an on-line

BAAS with a concentration in Emergency Management and a Certificate in Emergency

Management. Courses are based on the FEMA EMI Higher Education program. This

online curriculum of study (21 hours) is available for working professionals who

need or desire this knowledge. Persons with law enforcement, fire and EMS

certifications can receive credit toward the BAAS. The curriculum is offered

over a 2 year period, beginning this fall. The BAAS concentration and

Certificate in Emergency Management require completion of the following courses
