Guest guest
It has been raining for 4 days, finally saw some peeks of sun through the clouds, we were without power for almost 2 hours last night during the worst of it. I lit some candles and watched the storm and waited for either dawn or the power to come back on (the power came on first, at about 5 a.m) at which point I snuffed the candles but kept the lighter within reach. Haven't heard anything further from Rob, last I heard was about 2 weeks ago when he said he'd be coming back any day. Pffft. Well, whenever he comes back now he will have missed all the fun lol...the weather is supposed to return to "normal" in a few days. This storm system has been intense, was big and bad enough to merit a "name" but never got one. So of course the meteorologists are calling it "the storm with no name" Now we'll have to go around and make sure there is no standing water. It's been a ride! Most of it was calm, just rain and a breeze, but Last night was the culmination and was intense, a bit like when they have a fireworks show and the "finale" comes, yeah, a bit like that. And there were some major fireworks in the finale! ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ Pragmatic Visionary http://www.affiliates-natural-salt-lamps.com/pages/156.php -- Fall is back! Thankfully fall has returned to my corner of Arizona:) It was warmer today and I enjoyed that so much. The low this morning was also warmer at 32 degrees. The forecast is for near 70 degrees later this week. How's the weather at you house? hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
In the Willamette Valley, NW Oregon…….it’s wet, wet, wet, did I mention its wet? Wind too, and a few days ago thunder and lightning. The temps are low 60’s, high 50’s in the daytime, and low 40’s at night. My legs are freezing. But then they stay pretty cool most of the time. My nose is cold. Go figure. It’s not cold inside my house, but parts of my body thinks it is. How do you put a blanket on just your nose? Lol….Glad you are having nice days. Guest guest
Whelp...just heard from Rob...or rather, saw him...Heeeee's Baaaaack!! With his latest victim, BTW. I get to meet her tomorrow. Yay. He is also FINALLY going to keep good with his promise and WILL be taking Robbin to the "Y" 3x a week (on his dime) starting tomorrow and going every M-W-F at 2 for 2 hours. Partly because his new victim came down in her car, and it is way better on gas then his van. They're staying with Elaine. For now. ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ Pragmatic Visionary http://www.affiliates-natural-salt-lamps.com/pages/156.php -- Fall is back! Guest guest
Oh I never do, neither does Robbin. He will take him, though, for at least a month, then whether he renews or comes up with an excuse like last time...well, at least it will be a month...(once he's paid for it he will follow through) ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ Pragmatic Visionary http://www.affiliates-natural-salt-lamps.com/pages/156.php -- Fall is back!> > > > > > Thankfully fall has returned to my corner of Arizona:) It was warmer> today> and I enjoyed that so much. It's hard for me to wrap my mind around his antics.I do hope he keeps his promise and can be consistent with the Y.That would be great outlet for Robbin.love to you and sweet Robbin,KateTo: MSersLife Sent: Tuesday, October 11, 2011 3:40 PMSubject: Re: Fall is back!
