Hi Mijke,

I am 7 months post-op and very happy with new hip: play tennis 5

times/wk. Could put on my socks at 7wks and many other good things.

Hovever I could not sleep unlimitedly on my incision side till wk 18.

(It took even till wk7 for my good side!).This is pretty unusual

among the stories I've read on the board, especially since my

incision is only 4 inches. My point is, don't worry if things seem a

little different for you. It is the final result that counts.

Good luck,

Ed
