Treatment with Mike Uggen

I just wanted to let everyone know how my weekend went. Mike and

Darlene Uggen were at my house this weekend, and it was great! They

are such wonderful people – so caring and giving – just like Barb is,

and it was so good to see them again! I had a great time, and I hope

they enjoyed it as well.

But what I wanted to report on most of all, was the treatments Mike

gave me. I was truly amazed, to say the least. I had the

opportunity to just `sample' one of the techniques Mike has been

talking about several years ago – but it was just the tip of what I

was to experience this weekend! In all, I'm thinking Mike spent

around at least 10 hours addressing the things I had written to him

about.

I don't really know how to explain some of the things that went on

during treatment, except to say that I was surprised. For example,

he was concentrating on the area of my body that I feel is the main

problem area of my IBS. All he did, was to lay several fingers on

the area, and very soon, I felt something shift inside. It happened

more than once in that area. At other times, I could have sworn Mike

was jiggling his fingers or hands back and forth, due to the feeling

I was having inside my body – but when I looked or asked, he was

doing nothing but keeping his fingers still! I knew SOMETHING was

happening! As far as the different methodologies that Mike used, I

can tell you he used energy, polarity, cranial sacral therapy and

lymphatic drainage. What was what, I couldn't begin to explain,

except that I do know the lymphatic drainage was done at my request,

on my breasts, due to fibrocystic breast disease. I was never

uncomfortable with any of the procedures that Mike did, and always

felt that they were performed with the utmost professionalism. He

always explained to me ahead of time, what he was going to do so that

if I didn't feel comfortable with it, I only had to say so, and he

would not have continued. That never happened. I will be anxious to

see how my mammogram turns out the first part of August. I will try

to remember to report on whether or not the cysts have lessened or

not.

The bottom line to me, is how do I feel? I haven't felt this good in

months, perhaps years, I can tell you that! Even my left big toe

doesn't hurt! Sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? But I can tell you that

it has hurt so badly before, that it has awakened me from a dead

sleep in the middle of the night! Mike addressed each and every

problem area that he found, some of which I wasn't even aware of.

For example, he noticed that when I laid on my back, that my left

foot was angled down and out, while my right foot was pointed towards

the ceiling. He explained this to me, and it's too long for me to

try to explain to you, but in short, he found that I had a facial

restriction in my back on that side. He addressed that, and then had

me lay back down on my back, and to my surprise, both feet were now

pointed to the ceiling. I didn't `try' to do that either! I just

lay back down in a natural position. It was really weird to me – but

not to Mike. It all made perfect sense to him.

I just want to let you all know, that if you ever have the

opportunity to let Mike work on you, that you should take advantage

of it! I will be in envy, I can tell you that! He also did a full

Swedish massage, and I've NEVER had one like it! It was absolutely

WONDERFUL! Mike will make sure that you are comfortable with

everything he does. I am truly amazed at his abilities, and am

anxious to see if I can perform any of the techniques to myself or

even to others. I will keep you all informed. Anyway, if you

noticed I wasn't online this weekend, that was why – I was somewhere

else – I think they may call it heaven.
