It certainly isn't genetic, yet the tendency is hereditary (thanks Mom). I think ulcers and other things have hereditary tendencies as well. Genetic just means that there is a gene in control of it, where as hereditary means a tendency is passed down from generation to generation, but there is no gene for it.Tina Hmm, that doesn’t make sense does it? If it’s in the genes then you’d think that’s how it gets passed down, so it would be hereditary. I’ll look it up and see what the difference is.
