I hope you enjoy your course and that it leads you to interesting work as a fitness trainer. My course is full-time for one year and though it is for mature students I doubt that the others are as mature (well, old anyway) as me. Most are in the 25-35 range. The course includes Technique which is all about moving with poise and control, plus dance, stage combat etc. Should give the hip a good test! > Hi , > > Interested to hear you write about going to college etc...........
